NFT Basics for Onboarding
Onboarding artists into the NFT sphere is absolutely crucial, especially artists and builders from diverse backgrounds. Since NFTs promote ownership and creativity, I believe introducing and helping others enter this space will be one step in the right direction of achieving economic freedom. Coinbase just announced their NFT marketplace, so NFTs aren’t going anywhere.
The intention for this is to be short and concise, as to not make it any more confusing for anyone. More like a list.
Opensea
This video shows you how to use Opensea and connecting with a wallet as well as minting your first NFT. There is a ton of information out there but sometimes it’s better if it’s all in one place rather than feeling as though you’re stretching to get this information.
Open a Coinbase Account
You don’t have to use Coinbase, you can buy and sell crypto projects using different crypto exchanges such as Binance, Kucoin, etc. This video goes step by step in creating a Coinbase account.
Setting up your Metamask wallet
Maneuvering web 3.0 means doing it securely. This is one of the best videos to understand what steps to take to fund your metamask wallet and what features to use. This video also goes over connecting your digital wallet to Opensea.
How NFT royalties work
One of the best features in the NFT space is royalties, it’s important to understand them and how they work. Hopefully this video is helpful.
