SANS’ Modules

Sans is recognized for cybersecurity expertise and certification. These modules are designed to teach fundamentals and it’s FREE. I revisit these modules anytime I want to learn something advanced and need a refresher.

Incidence Response

This incident response book was among the few recommended to me when I was starting out as a SOC analyst. It’s beginner friendly and has in-depth look at threat intelligence and incident response. In cybersecurity, hands-on is better than reading, but understanding and learning from experts is great.

Cybersecurity Certifications & Specialties

If you haven’t come across this resource yet, I highly recommend it. Although you can always freestyle what certifications you’d to obtain - it’s helpful to have a sense of direction. I love asking seasoned cybersecurity pros my dire questions but this is one resource that has come up multiple times.
