You have to have integrity. It’s unbearable to gaze upon a soul that doesn’t have principles. What’s right and wrong can shift with the times and cultures, but your ability to discern moments that require the courage to speak and moments that demand silence is imperative. 

Having many passions, hobbies, projects on the side is perfectly normal. It can be what saves you when burnout and life ensues. 

Fighting sleep can be an extreme sport that is quite fun in the short term, but it will keep you in a never-ending loop of tiredness.
